I don't have any problem with 8 leagues of 8-10 teams in each league


The only reason I shared 4 conferences with 16 members is because that is used in dynasty mode for NCAA Football 2014. Then for the BCS Bowl Tie-ins I used the following:

Rose Bowl: Pac-12 champion vs. Big Ten Champion
Orange Bowl (or Sugar Bowl): ACC champion vs. SEC Champion
Fiesta Bowl: At-large vs. At-large (hoping for Pac-12 vs. SEC pairing)
Orange/Sugar Bowl: At-large vs. At-large (hoping for ACC vs. Big Ten pairing)
